1. Defective or Incorrect Item

If your product arrives with a defect or you receive the wrong item, you have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to notify us and request a free return. Once we receive the product back, we’ll issue your refund.

2. Changed Your Mind?

If you are not happy with your product or regret your purchase, you also have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to notify us and request a free return. After we receive the returned product, we will process your refund.
